全民食盐加碘后碘缺乏地区儿童碘营养状况分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的:了解全民食盐加碘后8~10岁儿童碘营养状况,为今后碘缺乏病防治提供科学依据。方法:采用按人口比例概率抽样方法(PPS)抽样检测盐碘、儿童尿碘以及甲状腺肿大情况。结果:实施全民食盐加碘10年后,山东省碘盐覆盖率为97.2%。碘盐合格率为97.1%,合格碘盐食用率为94.3%;尿碘中位数为227.7μg/L,未见≤20μg/L的样本,〉100μg/L的样本数为89.7%;甲状腺肿大率由1995年的22.3%降至2005年的4.496。结论:实施全民食盐加碘10年,山东省人群碘营养状况得到显著改善,处于较适宜碘营养状态,山东省进入可持续消除碘缺乏病阶段。 Objective:To investigate the status of iodine nutrition in 8-10years c,hildren after a ten - year universal salt iodization (USI) in the iodine difeeiency area. Methods: According to"National Iodine Difeciency Disease Surveillance Project" and Probability Proportion to Size method (pps), goiter was detected by palpation and ultrasound, urine iodine salt iodine were measured. Results: After implementing USI, The rate of qualified iodized salt was elevated to 94.3% ; the goiter rate of 8 -- 10 years children was decreased to 4. 4 % ;the level of urine iodine was 227.7μg/L. Conclusions: After 10 - year USI, the status of iodine nutrition in Shandong province has been promoted obviously. Shandong Province has commenced to a continua[ stage to eliminate the IDD.
