摘要
文章介绍了330MW及以上机组高压加热器管子与管板采用镍基焊丝的焊接工艺。用镍基焊丝形成的焊缝具有耐腐蚀、抗高温应力作用强的优点,但采用这种工艺时,因SA556GrC2管子的含碳量高,焊接过程中易出现热裂纹,直接影响了焊缝质量。现通过大量焊接性试验,分析了各个工艺参数对产生热裂纹的影响,摸索与总结了合适的焊接工艺参数,采用了全自动脉冲钨极氩弧焊的焊接工艺,成功地运用到产品焊接上,收到了良好的效果。
The welding process of nickel base welding wire for tube to tube sheet used in HP heater of 330 MW and above power unit has been described in the article. There are advantages of anti-corrosion and anti-high termperature in the weld used with nickel base welding wire. But thermo-craeks will occur during the welding progress due to the high carbon content in SA556GrC2tubes, which will directly affect the weld quality if this welding process is adopted. Based on great many welding experiments, the effect of each process parameter against thermo-cracks has been analyzed and suitable welding parameters have been put forward. Now full automatic pulsed tungsten argon are welding procedure has been adopted for the product, which has got a good result.
