摘要
文中论述了铁素体439焊管的特质,这种焊管相比传统奥氏体不锈钢管具有价格优势,国外核电机组的高压加热器换热管,已经普遍使用这种管材,取得了良好的运行业绩。为进一步提高加热器的使用寿命及可靠性,同时,在镍供应相对紧张及镍价高涨情况下,研究铁素体不锈钢管替代碳钢或奥氏体不锈钢具有一定的现实意义。
The features of 439 ferrite welded tube have been described in the article. Owing to the price advantage of this tube compared with the conventiond austenite SS. tube, the above-mentioned tube is very popular as the heat exchanging tube in heat exchangers of nuclear power unit abroad and very good efficiency has been obtained. It is practical to substitute ferrite SS. tube for carbon tube or austenite SS. tube in the case of nicke is in short sapply and the price of nickel is in inflation.
