摘要 设备闸门是核电站反应堆安全壳上的重要设备,在开启和关闭过程中,设备闸门必须保持垂直状态。因此,在制造过程中,如何确保其重心吊耳安装后,2个吊耳孔中心与整个设备闸门的重心组成的平面与地面垂直,并且与设备闸门的密封面平行,是制造的关键技术之一。借助对过自由悬挂点的延长线也一定通过物体重心的原理,提出了通过悬挂点找出重心吊耳孔中心位置的方法,解决了确定大型不规则物体自由悬挂时在空中状态的问题。 Hatch is an important equipment in the containment of reactor in nuclear power station. The hatch must keep verticly in the process of opening and closing. Therefore, it is one of key technologies to ensure the hatch median point for 2 lifting lugs fixed so as to make the plane consisting of lug hole center and whole hatch median point verticly to the ground and parallel to the sealing surface of the hatch. The center of lug hole has been found with a hanging piece based on the principle of that an extended line from free hanging point shall pass'through the median point of a substance, so as to solve the problem of the determination for large, irregular substance in suspension status.
