摘要
电站设备制造企业的人工成本控制是人力资源管理中需着重关注的问题。依据企业人工成本费用的组成及其日常人工成本指标，对2000～2007年的人工成本费用数据和企业人工成本管理现状，从人力资源战略角度进行研究与分析，探索加强企业人工成本控制的有效途径，优化及降低企业人工成本，提高企业竞争力与经济效益。
Labor cost control is the key problem forcused in the human resource management in the power station equipment fabricating enterprises. Labor cost data from 2000 to 2007 and the status of labor cost management have been studied and analyzed in the article based on the labor cost composition and daily labor cost index so as to strengthen the effective way of labor cost control, optimize and decrease the labor cost of enterprises and improve the competitive ablility and economic benefits.
