摘要 目的建立一种用火焰原子吸收分光光度法测定铋镁豆寇片中铋、镁含量的方法。方法样品经硝酸处理后,用纯水制备供试品溶液,将供试品溶液喷入乙炔一空气火焰,用标准曲线法测定铋、镁的含量。结果铋在4.O~20.Opg·mL^-1范围内.线性关系良好,相关系数r=0.9998;镁在0.08-0.40pg·mL^-1范围内,线性关系良好,相关系数r=0.9998。在标示量的80%,100%,120%3个浓度测定回收率,铋、镁的平均回收率分别为100.6%、100.3%,RSD分别为1.1%、0.6%(n=9)。结论本法简单。快速。准确,重现性好,适用于铋镁豆寇片中铋、镁含量的测定。 OBJECTIVE A flame atomic absorption spectrometry method for the determination of bismuth, magnesium in bismuth subcarbonate, magnesium carbonate and fructus amomi rotundus tablets was established. METHODS The sample was disposed with appropriate amount of nitric acid, then the sample solutions were prepared with pure water and the above solutions. The sample solutions were injected into air-acetylene flame. The content of bismuth and magnesium were calculated by standard calibration curves. RESUITS The linear range for bismuh was 4.0--20.0μg·mL^-1, the linear relation was good, r = 0. 9998; the linear range for mag- nesium was 0.08-- 0.40μg·mL^-1, the linear relation was also good, r = 0. 9998. The average recovery rate of bismuth was 100.6% ;RSD= 1.1% (n=9);The average recovery rate of magnesium was 100.3% ,RSD=0.6%(n = 9).CONCLUSION The method is simple, rapid, accurate bismuth and magnesium in Bismuth subcarbonate, magnesium and reproductive. It was suitable for determinating carbonate and fructus amomi rotundus tablets.
