摘要
目的建立反相高效色谱法测定盐酸尼非卡兰粉针的含量。方法采用HypersilODS柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm).检测波长269nm。流动相为甲醇-0.02mol·L^-1醋酸铵(60:40);流速:1.0mL·min^-1。结果盐酸尼非卡兰在9.35--95.7μg·mL^-1浓度范围内线性关系良好(r=0.99998)。平均回收率为101.29%,RSD=0.28%。结论本法快速,简便.准确,重复性好。
OBJECTIVE To develop a method for determination of nifekalant hydrochloride in injects. METHODS The chromatographic column was Hypersil ODS. The mobile phase was methanol-0.02mol·L^-1 ammonium acetate (60:40).The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min^-1 and the detection wavelength was 269nm. RESULTS In the scope of 9.35--95.7μg·mL^- 1, the contents of nifekalant had good linear relationship with their peak area(r = 0. 99998). The average recoveries were 101.29 %, RSD = 0.28 % . CONCLUSION The results showed that the method was rapid, simple, excellent precision.
