HPLC法测定福复康胶囊中东莨菪碱的含量

Determination of scopolamine in Fufukang capsules by HPLC

目的采用高效液相色谱法测定福复康胶囊中东莨蘑碱含量。方法采用Hypersil ODS-2（4．6×250mm，5μm）色谱柱；乙腈．0．04mol·L^-1磷酸钠缓冲溶液（含O．01mol·L^-1十二烷基硫酸钠．用磷酸调pH至6．0）（40：60）为流动相；流速1．0mL·min^-1；检测波长216nm，柱温为28℃。结果东莨菪碱进样量在0．046--2．300μg范围内呈现良好的线性关系，平均加样回收率为100．2％,RSD为0．49％（n：6）。结论本法简便、准确。可作为该制剂的质量控制方法。

OBJECTIVE To determine the content of scopolamine in Fufukang capsules by HPLC. METHODS Use the Hypersil ODS-2（4.6×250 mm, 5μm）column, its mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.04mol· L^-1 sodium phosphate buffer solution（include 0.01mol· L^- 1 Lauryl sodium sulfate, pH6.0） （40 ： 60）. The flow velocity was 1.0mL·min^- 1 and the detective wavelength of scopolamine was 216nm, and the temperature of the column was 28℃. RESULTS It was showed that Scopolamine had a good linearity within the range of 0. 046- 2. 300μg. The average recovery was 100.2 %, and RSD = 0.49 % （n = 6）. CONCLUSION This method is simple and accurate for determination of scopolamine in Fufukang capsules.
