摘要
目的建立少林正骨精中蛇床子素的含量测定方法。方法采用HPLC法测定少林正骨精中蛇床子素的含量。结果蛇床子素在0.2010μg^1.005μg范围内呈良好的线性关系,y=4389213.8813x+13633.8276,r=0.9999,平均加样回收率为100.01%,RSD=0.90%。结论本法操作简便,结果准确,重复性好,可用于少林正骨精的质量控制。
A HPLC method is described for the detection of osthole in Shaolinzhenggujing tincture. Different derivatization reaction conditions were investigated with the optimal conditions found to be the following： the chromatography column as Kromasil C18 （ 5μm; 4.6×150mm）, acetonitrile-water （ 60 ： 40 ）, the flow rate at 0.8mL·min^-1, and the detection wavelength as 323nm. The result exhibits significant linear relationship between peak area and osthole content within range of 0. 2010μg-- 1. 005μg with correlation factor r = 0. 9999. The aver- age recovery ratio was 100.01% with RSD = 0.90 %. In conclusion, the proposed HPLC method in this study is an outstanding technique for quantitative determination of osthole in Shaolinzhenggujing tincture because of its high repeatability, simplicity, and accuracy.
