痰嗽浸膏药效学的研究

Pharmacodynamic study on Tan Sou extraction

目的观察痰嗽浸膏的化痰、镇咳、抗炎的药理作用。方法用小鼠呼吸道酚红冲洗法、大鼠毛细玻管法观察痰嗽浸膏的化痰作用;用氨水引咳法观察痰嗽浸膏的止咳作用;用小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透实验观察痰嗽浸膏的抗炎作用。结果痰嗽浸膏能显著增加小鼠呼吸道粘膜酚红的排出量,增加大鼠呼吸道内痰液的分泌量;痰嗽浸膏对氨水引咳的小鼠可明显延长引咳潜伏期,减少咳嗽次数;对小鼠醋酸造成的炎症模型具有抗炎作用。结论痰嗽浸膏具有化痰、止咳、抗炎作用。

OBJECTIVE To observe the effect of Tan Sou extraction. METHODS The observation on the expectorant effect of ENPUS by using phenol red and capillary;observation on the cough-relieving effect of ENPUS was made by NH4OH;observation on the resist inflammation on the inflammatory models. RESULTS The extraction ENPUS can increase excretion of phenol red and phlegm;prolong apparently the coughing incubation period and reduce coughing frequency;resist inflammation on inflammatory models. CONCLUTIONS The Tan Sou extraction has the function of expelling phlegm, relieving cough and resisting inflammation.
