高精度厚壁小边腿截面成型的FEA仿真 被引量:1

摘要 厚壁小边腿截面的冷弯成型具有成型力大、尺寸不易控制、成型稳定性差等缺点.本文介绍一种高精度的厚壁小边腿截面冷弯成型的带钢宽度计算方法以及轧辊设计方案.完成了成型过程的FEA仿真,给出并分析了仿真结果.结果表明:采用的带钢宽度计算方法和制定的成型工艺是合理的.仿真结果为顺利地生产出合格的产品提供了理论依据. The cold roll-forming of sections with thick wall and short legs has the disadvantages of large forming force, difficulty in the control of dimensions and unstable roll-forming process. In this paper, a method for calculating the strip width of a high-precision section with thick wall and short legs is given, and the roll design method is introduced. Also, FEA simulation is completed during the roll-forming process, and the result of simulation is analyzed. The result shows that the strip width calculation method and roll-forming technology are both reasonable. The result of simulation provides a theoretical basis for the production of qualified products. Finally, only by combining theory with practice, can FEA simulation be better applied to the cold roll-forming practice.
