人工流产术后口服妈富隆的疗效观察 被引量：4

摘要 月经紊乱是人工流产术后的近期并发症之一．刮宫术的创伤及下丘脑-垂体-卵巢轴功能失调为其重要原因。我们于2007年5～9月采用人工流产术后口服妈富隆．观察术后月经的恢复情况，报告如下。
