盐酸左旋布比卡因注射液用于剖宫产腰麻的临床研究 被引量：1

摘要 左旋布比卡因与布比卡因都属于酰胺类局麻药．麻醉作用强、持续时间较长，前者对心脏和中枢神经系统的毒性较后者低，我们通过对两者在剖宫产腰麻中进行前瞻性、随机、双盲、平行对照的Ⅱ期临床试验，观察左旋布比卡因腰麻用于剖宫产的麻醉效果和安全性，报告如下。
