观察了高粱同源四倍体与二倍体受精后胚及胚乳发育的全过程。四倍体高粱在受精后胚胎发育的进程上均较其二倍体母体滞后，而且四倍体胚胎的发育在进度上很不整齐。

This paper deals with the process of embryo and endosperm development of diploid and autotetraploid sorghum. The development rate of autotetraploid is lower than that of diploid, and all so the developing rate of embryo and endoperm dfffer greatly in vari-ous embryosac.
