给出了高纯气体中微量一氧化碳、二氧化碳的甲烷化转化气相色谱法分析的工作原理、甲烷化转化率试验,气路流程的比较,仪器的方法检测限,同其他方法进行比对,说明其方法切实可行。
The theory ,the test of yield of converting into methane, comparison of gas flows , detection limitation of the instrument related to the analysis of the trace CO .CH4 And CO2 in high purity permanent gases by converting them into methane by chromatography are suggested, tiffs kind of method is feasible by comparing with other methods.
