室温与水牛瘤胃液稀释率相关性分析

Analysis of Correlativity between Room Temperature and the Diluent Rate Of Buffalo Rumen Liquor

实验采用6头装有永久性瘤胄瘘管的中国水牛，舍饲稻草日粮，在秋—冬季节不同室温条件下测定水牛瘤胃液稀释率，分析室温与瘤胃液稀释率之间的相关性。结果表明，平均室温在18～4℃变化范围内，室温与瘤胃液稀释率呈极显著负相关性（r＝－0.9702，P＜0．01）。

Six Chinese buffalo, each with permanent rumen cannula, were fed with rice straw indoors in this experiment, to determine diluent rate of rumen liquor under the condi-tion of different room temperature during the end of autumn and early winter, so as to analy-sis the correlativity between room temperature and the diluent rate of buffalo rumen liquor.The result showed significant negative linear correlativity between room temperature and the diluent rate of buffalo rumen liquor (r: -0. 9702, P<0. 01) when the average room tempera-ture was changing between 18~4℃.
