以苏州区域经济社会发展为依托的高职人才培养研究

Research into the Vocational Training based on the regional economic development in Suzhou

苏州"十一五"规划实施以来,区域经济飞速发展,对高职人才需求愈加迫切。如何应对这一形势,为区域经济社会发展输送高素质应用技术人才,是摆在苏州甚至全国高职教育院校面前的共同问题。我们从区域经济社会发展的人才需求特点出发,提出高职教育培养高素质技术型人才的架构。

The rapid development of the regional economy in Suzhou has resulted in a heavy demand for higher vocational talents since the national 1 lth Five- Year Plan was implemented. How to deal with this situation and provide high- quality technical talents for the regional economic and social development is a common problem, facing Suzhou and National Vocational education institutions as well. From the perspective of talent demand for regional economic and social development, we propose a structure for higher vocational education to cultivate high - quality technical talents.
