摘要
"人本管理"是图书馆生存和发展的动力,是图书馆服务高质量的保证,也是图书馆确立新机制的根本,这就要求图书馆要不断转变传统的人事管理观念,树立以人为中心的新观念,健全激励机制,更新旧的观念,树立先期利益意识,制定有效的考核办法,强化考核制度,体现工资改革的公平原则,充分调动工作人员的积极性和创造性。
Human-oriented management is the drive for libraries to exist and develop. In order to guarantee a good service and build a new management mechanism, it's necessary to adopt the new idea of management by putting people in the first place, perfecting the stimulus mechanism and establishing an effective checking system. It' s advisable to keep the fairness in salary reform so that the employees can work actively and creatively.
