摘要
目的建立高效液相色谱法测定酒石酸托特罗定原料含量的方法。方法色谱柱为Kromasil C18（200mm×4.6mm,5μm）;流动相为甲醇-0.02mol.L-1甲酸铵溶液（用甲酸调pH至3.0）（60∶40）,检测波长为283nm,流速为1mL·min^-1。结果酒石酸托特罗定在0.0502-0.502mg.mL-1范围内线性关系良好,r=1.000,平均回收率为99.6%,RSD为0.56%（n=9）。结论该方法简便、快速,重现性好。
OBJECTIVE An HPLC method for determination of tolterodine tartrate was established. METHODS The chromatographic system consisted of Kromasil Cla （200mm× 4.6mm,5μm） and mobile phase of methanol -0.02mol · L^-1 ammonium formate water solution（adjust pH to 3.0 with formic acid） （60 ： 40） with a detection wavelength at 283nm. The flow rate was 1mL · min^-1. RESULTS The linear range was 0. 0502 - 0. 502mg · mL^-1 （ r = 1. 000）. The average recovery was 99.6%, RSD was 0. 56% （ n =9）. CONCLUSION The method was simple,rapid and reproducible.
