摘要 目的建立高效液相色谱法测定丙二醇头孢曲嗪的有关物质。方法采用Diamonsil C18色谱柱(250×4.6mm,5μm),以0.272%磷酸二氢钾溶液-乙腈(95∶5)为流动相,流速2.0mL.min-1,检测波长270nm。结果丙二醇头孢曲嗪主峰能与相邻杂质峰较好分离。结论本法简便,准确,可对丙二醇头孢曲嗪的有关物质进行控制。 OBJECTIVE To establish an HPLC method to determine the related substances of Cefatrizine Propylene Glycolate. METHODS Diamonsil C18 column(250×4.6mm,5μm) was used. The mobile phase consisted of 0. 272% potassium dihydrogen phosphate solution -- acetonitrile (95 : 5). The flow rate was 2.0mL · min^-1 . The detection wavelength was 270nm. RESULTS Cefatrizine Propylene Glycolate was completely separated from impurities. CONCLUSION This method was simple and accurate for determination of related substances in Cefatrizine Propylene Glycolate.
