Listening comprehension is important in language communication. The teaching of English listening comprehension is an obstacle in English teaching. The schema theory provides a new idea for teaching of listening comprehension. This paper discusses the strategy to optimize the teaching of listening comprehension by using of the schema theory in teaching technique.
