摘要
作为一种对各方当事人具有法律约束力的协议,合同在对外经贸活动中应用广泛。英文经贸合同具有格式规范、文体正式、用词准确、句式复杂等特点,从词法和句法等方面分析了英文经贸合同的语言特征。
As a legally binding agreement between two or more parties, business contract is widely used in foreign trade. It bears the characteristics of standardized form, formal style, accurate wording and complex sentence patterns. This paper analyses the linguistic features of business contract English through morphology and syntax.
