摘要
为了研究裂解C5在贮运及生产过程中自聚或共聚生成聚合物量,采用气相色谱及面积归一法分析了C5的组成,并对其贮运条件进行研究,考察了贮存温度、时间、含铁锈质量分数、含氧质量分数对C5聚合物生成质量分数的影响。结果表明:随着温度升高和时间的延长,C5中聚合物生成质量分数明显增加;贮存温度低于35℃,时间4 d以内,聚合物的生成质量分数可控制在5%以内;铁锈和氧气会促进C5中双烯烃的聚合;建立了C5聚合物生成质量分数和时间、温度的关系关联式,在实验条件范围内,关联式能较好地反映聚合物生成质量分数和时间、温度的关系。
In order to study the amount of polymerization in C5 storage course, the C5 compositions were measured by gas chromatography and area normalizing method. The storage conditions were studied. The effect of storage temperature and time, the mass fraction of rust and oxygen on polymerization of C5 fraction was investigated. The results indicate that the amount of polymerization of C5 fraction increases with the increasing of storage temperature and storage time. The mass fraction of polymerization in C5 fraction can be controlled below 5% when storage temperature is below 35 ℃ and storage time is less than 4 d. The rust and oxygen can accelerate diene polymerization. The correlation model of the mass fraction of polymerization, storage time and storage temperature was established. In the scope of experiment, the model can truly reflect the relation between mass fraction of polymerization of C 5 fraction, storage time and storage temperature.
