摘要 介绍了蒸馏塔热泵系统的计算机模拟计算,以实际工业装置丙烯精馏塔为例,对塔釜液相节流式热泵流程给出了详细的模拟数据并进行了深入的分析。指出对该类热泵系统,需要由设计者确定的关键工艺参数主要有塔顶气体采出量、循环工质流量、压缩机出口压力和高压工质节流后压力等4个,并给出了确定这4个参数的方法。文中还比较了热泵流程的节能效果,和常规无热泵蒸馏塔相比,实际热泵流程可以节省操作费用达48%以上,节能效果十分显著。此外文中还分析了不同热泵参数对能耗的影响,经优化后的热泵工况,操作费用的节省进一步上升到60.8%。 The computer simulation for heat pump system in the distillation was introduced. The detailed simulation data and analysis for the bottom flash type heat pump of a commercial propylene rectifier were given. 4 key process parameters of overhead flow rate, recycled medium flow rate, compressor outlet pressure and flashed pressure of the medium for this type heat pump need to be determined by the designers. The methods of how to figure out the 4 parameters were described. Energy-saving effects of distillation process with heat pump were compared with those of conventional pump process. The operating cost can be reduced by more than 48% when comparing with the conventional distillation column. After the parameters of heat pump process were optimized, the operating cost was further lowed by 60.8%.
