钼、钨掺杂磷酸盐防锈颜料的氧化还原性能 被引量:4

摘要 以硫酸为支持电解质,在水-1,4-二氧六环混合溶剂中,用循环伏安法研究了掺钼、钨及复合掺杂的磷酸盐颜料的氧化还原特性,分析了掺杂钼和钨的氧化还原能力和可逆性,讨论了单一和复合掺杂对磷酸盐氧化还原性的影响。结果表明,掺钼的磷酸盐氧化性强于掺钨的磷酸盐;不论是正磷酸锌还是三聚磷酸铝,都可以通过掺杂钼和其他的金属离子来改善其氧化还原性,掺杂一种金属离子的性能优于掺杂两种金属离子。 The oxidation-reduction behavior of Mo-doped or W-doped or co-doped phosphate anti-corrosion pigments was studied by cyclic voltammetry in the mixed solvent of water-dioxane containing supporting electrolyte of H2SO4. The ability and reversibility of the oxidation-reduction of Mo-doped or W-doped phosphate were analyzed. The influence of doped on the oxidation-reduction behavior of phosphate was also discussed. The results show that ability of the oxidation-reduction of Mo-doped phosphate is stronger than that of W-doped phosphate. The oxidation-reduction of zinc phosphate and aluminum tripolyphosphate can be increased by Mo-doped or co-doped. The property of one-metal-doped phosphate is better than that of two-metal-doped phosphate.
