改性腐植酸合成油基钻井液降滤失剂研究 被引量:23

摘要 采用有机胺对腐植酸进行改性,用作油基钻井液降滤失剂,以替代沥青类产品,有利于提高机械钻速和保护环境。探索了合成产物性能的影响因素,并评价了其在油基钻井液中的性能。结果表明,改性腐植酸降滤失剂合成条件为:腐植酸与有机胺H60B配比15:6,反应温度190℃,反应时间8-9h。改性腐植酸降滤失剂具有良好的降滤失效果,在加量为3%时,150℃高温高压滤失量为6.8mL,好于沥青类降滤失剂,并且对钻井液流变性影响较小。 Humic acid is modified by organic amine, which is used for fluid loss reducer insteau tot asphah product in oil-based drilling fluid. So it is favorable for increasing the penetration speed and protecting environment. Influence factors on performance of synthetic product were explored and the performance of fluid loss reducer in oil-based drilling fluid was evaluated on the paper. The results showed that the reasonable synthesis conditions were as followed:Proportion of humic acid to organic amine H60B 15:6, reaction temperature 190 ℃ ,reaction time 8 - 9 h. Fluid loss reducer of modified humic acid possesses good fluid loss property which HTHP filtration at 150 ℃ is 6.8 mL at dosage of 3% and is good to asphalt fluid loss reducer, and less influence on drilling fluid rheology.
