摘要
以活塞内孔加工为研究对象,针对圆孔光整加工工艺中存在的缺憾,用一系列的实验和数据,分析了圆孔拉削工艺的优势与存在的问题。通过专用圆孔拉刀结构改进试验的对比,展示解决圆孔光整加工质量问题的思路,推出一款改进型专用圆孔拉刀和拉削光整加工相关参数确定的计算方法,为提高圆孔表面精度质量,减小表面粗糙度,提出了切实可行的措施与方法。
This paper has studied on processing of inner hole of the piston. In view of the defect during the pehshing process of hole, I have analyzed the superiority and problems of Broaching process of the hole with a series of experiments and data. Through the contrast on improvement test on structure of broach of hole, this paper has demonstrated the resolution to improve polishing process quality of hole. Additionally, this paper has introduced a modified broach and a calculating method of the broaching and polishing process which has definite parameter. In order to improve the precision of surface of the hole and reduce the surface roughness, this paper has put forward practical measures and methods.
