摘要
刀具状态及切削加工过程监控是自动化加工过程中保证产品质量和加工设备安全的重要手段,切削区温度与刀具状态直接相关。利用红外温度传感器,实现了切削区温度的远距离非接触式采集。通过铣削试验,探索了不同切削参数下刀具后刀面磨损(VB)与切削温度之间的关系。
The tool condition monitoring is the important method for ensuring the quality of the equipment. The cutting temperature is relative to the tool condition directly. The tool temperature is indirectly measured, stored and analyzed by using the infrared sensor. Through the different cutting parameters, the relationships between tool wear and the tool temperature were studied.
