广西桂林220kV电网单机孤网稳定控制问题研究 被引量:3

摘要 文章通过2008年2月初桂林220 kV电网遭遇50年一遇冰冻灾害期间,广西电网调度中心利用永福电厂2号燃煤机组(142 MW)主动建立孤网(单带1座220 kV变电站),并成功稳定运行158 h的典型事例,对单机孤网的频率、电压稳定进行了计算分析,提出了保证孤网稳定运行的必备技术条件,并从发电机和供电负荷两端总结出了保证孤网稳定运行的频率、电压稳定控制技术,对应对类似突发事件下的孤网运行有重要参考价值。 Guilin 220 kV electric power network suffered for an icing damage of "once every fifty years" in February 2008. During the disaster Guangxi electric power dispatching and communication center made use of No. 2 coal-fired unit (142 MW) in Yongfu power plant to build up an isolated network (with one 220 kV substation) , which had been stably and successfully operated for 158 hours. The typical instance above is used to calculate and analyze the frequency and voltage stability of isolated network with single generator. In order to guarantee the stabile operation of isolated network, not only are the necessary technical conditions proposed, but also the frequency and voltage stability control techniques are summarized from the both sides of generator and load, which provide significant reference to the isolated network operation under similar emergencies.
