摘要
为了解决传统套制方法套制的胶辊产生偏心而导致成纱条干产生规律性不匀(机械波)的问题,从分析目前市场上的套制设备现状入手,介绍了一种新型YT-01气动型压套机,通过对其设计原理及特点的论述,指出只要在胶辊套制过程中保证轴承与胶辊之间同心度是"零位差",就可以做到套制无偏心,从而解决成纱中产生机械波的问题。
In order to solve the problem of irregularity of evenness (mech-wave) resulting from eccentricity of the cot telescoped with the conventional method,introduction is made to a new press-fit machine YT-01 after the analysis of the telescoping machine in service. Through description of the theory of designing the machine,conclusion is made that only by the assurance of the zero difference of the concentricity between the bearing and the cot in process of telescoping, eccentricity of telescoping can be avoided, thus without mech-wave in yarn production.
