棉纺细纱大牵伸、重定量工艺机理分析

Theoretical Analysis of Big Draft and Big Ration Process in Cotton Spinning

为了显著改善棉纺企业的成纱质量及经济效益,从高效工艺的含义入手,详细阐述了高效、重定量工艺的核心,高倍牵伸的基本规律及其存在的主要问题,从增强摩擦力场布置,增大握持力、提高牵伸零部件的刚度和精度三个方面介绍了东飞牵伸系统及高效工艺的实施和推广中应注意的问题,指出只有细纱大牵伸才能实现粗纱重定量,粗纱重定量为前纺全流程半制品重定量创造条件;半制品重定量必须以质量保证为前提,全面提高前纺半制品质量也是细纱大牵伸不可缺少的必要条件;在自主开发、创新的东飞牵伸系统中,后区牵伸采用控制辊式VC型牵伸、前区牵伸采用"东飞延伸型"长、短双胶圈牵伸及其工艺配合,细纱第三代大牵伸、粗纱重定量可以达到较好的效果。

In order to markedly improve the quality of resultant yarn and economic profit, details description is done to the element of the effective big ration process, basic law and the main problems of hi-multiple draft process from the meaning of the effective process. Introduction is done to the Dongfei drafting system regarding the application and the problems in the application from three aspects, say, reinforcement of frictional force field,reinforcement of gripping force,improvement of rigidity and precision of drafting elements. It is pointed out that only through big draft in spinning area can big ration in roving area be gained. Big ration of roving yarn creates condition for big ration for semi-products in full process of fore spinning area. Quality assurance should be the premise of the big ration of semi-product. Comprehensive upgrading quality of semi-product in fore spinning area is indispensable for big＇draft in spinning area. In the self-developed Dongfei draft system,better result can be attained for the 3rd generation of big draft and big ration of roving through application VC draft with control roller in the rear area and draft with integration of long and short aprons and the process called Dongfei extension draft.
