摘要
云南戈兰滩水电站大坝为碾压混凝土重力坝,地处祖国西南边陲。由于需要粉煤灰掺量大,且运距远达600 km以上。因此,建设单位建议采用运距较近的玉溪地区钢铁企业生产的高炉矿渣和景谷水泥厂的石灰石矿为原料,加工生成高炉矿渣粉和石灰石粉为本工程的混凝土掺和料。为此,对掺合料及掺加掺合料拌和的碾压混凝土各项物理力学性能进行了一系列试验研究,文章全面介绍了试验研究成果供参考。
Being a roller southwestern border area compacted concrete gravity dam, Yunnan Gelantan hydropower project's dam is located in the of the country. In view of large demand of fly ash and tong haulage of over 600km, the Owner of the project proposed to use slag from the steelworks in Yuxi area and limestone being used for Jingguo Cement Factory, which are close to the dam site to produce slag and limestone powder, which could be used as concrete additive in construction of the project. A series of tests and studies were carried out of various physical and mechanical properties of both additive and concrete with additive. This paper gives an overall introduction of the results of the tests and studies.
