湖南郴州市山洪灾害的特征及成因分析

郴州市是湖南省山洪灾害多发的地区之一。近年来灾害造成的损失越来越大,严重阻碍了当地社会经济的可持续发展。为了有效地开展防灾减灾,依据现有的灾情资料,结合实地调查,运用历史与地理相结合的方法,系统分析了郴州市山洪灾害的特征。得出:年内时段性强、年际变化较大、受灾频率明显升高、多分布在溪河两岸以及曾被破坏过的陡坡地段。探讨了郴州市山洪灾害的成因。认为特殊的气候水文条件、复杂的地形地貌、不利的地层岩性以及不合理的人类活动是造成郴州市山洪灾害频繁发生的主要因素。

Chenzhou is one of the cities frequently suffering from mountain torrent disasters in Hunan, which caused losses are greater and greater in recent years, that has hindered the sustainable development of local social economy seriously. In order to carrying out disaster prevention and reduction effectively, according to the existing disaster data and field investigation, the features of mountain torrent disasters in Chenzhou city are analyzed by the method of combining historical with geographical, which result is that the mountain torrent disasters are concentrated in a particular period of time within a year, in the destroyed escarpments and along the rivers, and their number of times increases year by year. The discussion of the cause of mountain torrent disasters reveals that the main factors which frequently initiates the disasters are special climatic and hydrological condition, complicated geography, unfavorable lithology and unreasonable human activity.
