摘要 目的探讨在皮肤血管瘤组织中凋亡相关因子生存素(survivin)、半胱天冬氨酸蛋白酶(Caspase)-3的表达及意义。方法采用免疫组化SP法检测60例皮肤血管瘤中的survivin、Caspase-3。结果在血管瘤增生期、退化期和血管畸形中survivin的阳性表达率分别为76.9%、35.7%、25.0%,Caspase-3的阳性表达率分别为23.1%、78.6%、0,survivin与Caspase-3的表达呈负相关(r=-0.400,P<0.05)。survivin、Caspase-3在血管瘤增生期、退化期和血管畸形中的表达差异皆具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论survivin与Caspase-3表达下调在皮肤血管瘤的形成中可能起协同作用。 Objective To investigate the expression and significance of apoptosis-related survivin, Caspase-3 in human dermal hemangioma. Method Survivin and Caspase-3 were determined by in human dermal hemangioma. Results The positive rates of survivin and casepase-3 were 76.9% ,35.7%, and 25.0% and 23.1% ,78. 6% ,0 in turn in prolifertive hemangioma, involuting hemangioma and vascular malformations. The expression of survivin was correlated with easepase-3 (r = -0. 400,P 〈0.05 ). In voluting hemangioma and vascular malformations eases ,the expression of survivin and Caspase-3 were significant difference in prolifertive hemangioma(P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion The low expression of survivin and Caspase-3 may play a coordinated role in human dermal hemangioma.
