高肺血流性肺动脉高压大鼠模型中survivin和p21的表达及意义

摘要 54只wistar大鼠随机分为2个分流组和2个对照组,分流组每组15只,对照组每组12只。分流组通过套管法建立高肺血流性肺动脉高压模型。应用免疫组化和Western Blot法测建模后1周和4周大鼠肺动脉组织中survivin和p21表达,同时检测血流动力学、肺形态学及细胞凋亡增殖情况。结果:分流手术后1周和4周时分流组右心室收缩压(RVSP)与对照组相比显著增高(P均<0.05),p21表达在第1周和第4周明显减低(P<0.05),而凋亡抑制基因survivin在肺组织中的表达明显增强(P<0.05)。认为survivin和p21参与了高肺血流性肺动脉高压形态的重塑,并与肺组织凋亡的异常有关。
