肢体动脉编码和损伤分型系统

A new classification of systematic arterial injuries

目的研究血管编码和损伤分型的临床意义。方法借鉴AO骨折编码和分型的方法来研究全身主要血管的编码和血管损伤的分型，结合动脉主要分支发出的位置分为近、中、远三段。在此基础上加入动脉损伤严重程度分级，用以指导临床血管损伤的治疗。结果将全身的丰要动脉和血管损伤的严重稚度用数字和字母进行了编码和分型。结论此血管编码分型系统能够比较明确地表示血管损伤部化及类型，方便科学统计和流行病学调查，便于掌握，有利于指导治疗。

Objective To design a new classification of systematic arterial injuries. Methods A new classification of systematic arterial injuries was designed using AO classification system for reference. Each main artery was divided into proximal, middle and distal segments. The locations and segments of arteries were encoded with numbers. Severities of arterial injury were encoded with A, B and C in our classification. Results The new classification of syslematie arterial injuries with codes of numbers and letters A, B and C could indicate locations and severities of main arterial injuries all over the body. Conclusion It is convenient to use this new classification of systematic arterial injuries, which is easy to remember, to perform statistical analysis and epidenfiologic survey, as well as to guide clinical treatment.
