摘要
本文经过详细的比较，选用Ｃ语言来开发地基基础方案选择专家系统，在开发工具还不太完善的现在，这还是比较合适、有效的途径。本文通过介绍地基处理及基础型式选择专家系统，详细阐述了如何用Ｃ语言来开发一般专家系统。
In this paper, C language was selected to develop the expert system for choosing type of soil treatment and foundation after careful comparison, which is considered adequate at a time when the developing tools are not perfect.
