Data Management during the CAD/CAM System of Die for Close-die Forging

在分析锻模ＣＡＤ／ＣＡＭ系统的数据流图的基础上，分析总结了锻模ＣＡＤ／ＣＡＭ系统中数据处理技术，介绍了用Ｃ语言对ＡｕｔｏＣＡＤ软件包进行二次开发来进行模锻工艺及锻模设计时，对于不同的数据特点，分别采用了数据程序化处理、文件化处理与ＤＸＦ文件的利用，以及利用ＡＳＥ进行数据库处理技术。

Based on the data flow diagram of the CAD/CAM system of die for close-die forging, the paper analysized the data management in the system, and introduce the use of relevant data structures, data files and DXF file, and ASE for database management aimed at different characteristics of data, based on the AutoCAD platform and written in C language, for close-die forging technology and die design.
