酷似类风湿关节炎的脊髓空洞症合并Chiari畸形Ⅰ型一例

摘要先天性脊髓空洞症（syringomyelia，SM）多合并小脑扁桃体下疝畸形Ⅰ型（Chiari畸形Ⅰ型），以对称性多关节肿痛、畸形等酷似类风湿关节炎（rheumatoid arthritis，RA）表现的相关报道甚少^[1]。现将我科近期收治类似病例1例，报告如下。
