感光乳剂的流变特性和沿坡流面流动的研究

摘要 采用Rheotest-2型同轴圆筒旋转粘度计,测试了九种感光乳剂的剪切速率γ与剪切应力τ之间的关系,它们都显示出非牛顿假塑性流体性质,符合幂律模型,即τ=K(γ)~n。n=0.67~0.92,K=0.042~0.066Pa·s^n。根据基本方程,求得乳剂在坡面上呈薄膜流动的流量和膜厚方程。 Rheologieal properties of photosensitive emulsions were studied. The relation between shear shress and shear rate of those photosensitive emulsions was determined by using a coaxial cylinder viseometer model Rheotest 2. All the emulsions examined exhibited non-Newtonian pseudoplastic fluid behavior and obeyed the power law cquation i=K((?))~n, where n equals to 0.67~0.92 and K equals to 0.042~0.066 (Pa.s^n). The expressions for the volume flow rate and thickness of photosensitive emulsion film flowing along an inclined plane were obtained respectively. The results may be used as reference for the preparation of photosensitive emulsion, the extrusion coating and the design of extruding mouths.
