The Value of Axial Thin Slice T_2 Weighted Sequences with Fat Suppression in the Diagnosis of Stone in Distal Bile Duct

摘要 目的评价薄层轴位T2WI脂肪抑制序列对胆总管下段结石的诊断价值。资料与方法搜集2006年1月至2007年8月临床可疑胆总管下段结石97例,均行上腹部常规MRI、磁共振胰胆管水成像MRCP检查,同时对感兴趣区行薄层扫描。比较增加薄层扫描前后对胆总管下段结石的诊断符合率。所有病例均经手术或ERCP证实。结果常规扫描诊断符合率为76.29%,增加薄层扫描后符合率为94.85%,两者之间差异有统计学意义(χ2=13.52,P<0.05)。结论薄层扫描可提高胆总管下段结石的诊断符合率,有助于小结石、小肿瘤的诊断和鉴别诊断。 Objective To evaluate the value of axial thin slice T2 weighted sequences for diagnosing the choledocholith- iasis. Materials and Methods From January. 2006 to August 2007,97 cases of the doubtful stone in distal bile duct were examined by MRI and MRCP, at same time, the area which was interested in was scanned with thin slice. The diagnostic accuracy with whether or not thin slice scan was compared. All patients were proved by surgery or ERCP. Results The ac- curacy of the choledocholithiasis was 76.29% by routine scan,while thin slice scan increased the accuracy to 94.85%. There was significant difference between them( X2 = 13.52 ,P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Thin slice scan can improve the ac- curacy of diagnosis significantly ,which is helpful in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of some small periampullary lesions.
