摘要
目的寻找踝关节外侧韧带于自然体位下MRI显示最佳的扫描方位。资料与方法首先解剖6例(12个踝关节)自然体位的正常踝关节标本,分离出外侧韧带,测量其走行角度,据此制定MRI扫描方案;然后对25名自愿者(50个踝关节)行不同方位MRI扫描,比较不同扫描方位上各韧带的显示效果。结果距腓前韧带(AT-FL),在-20°斜断面显示效果最佳,评分最高;-15°和-25°斜断面显示效果次之;横断面和-30°斜断面显示效果不及上述断面;冠状面和矢状面显示效果最差。跟腓韧带(CFL)在15°斜断面显示效果最佳,评分最高;20°和25°斜断面显示效果次之;30°斜断面显示效果不及上述断面;横断面、冠状面和矢状面显示效果最差。结论MRI评价踝关节外侧韧带时,选择适当的扫描方位可以达到最佳的显示效果。
Objective To discuss optimal MR scan method according to the courses of the lateral ankle ligaments with the foot position naturally. Materials and Methods 6 cadaverie ankles were dissected and the lateral ankle ligaments were exposed and to measure its course angle. We performed MR scans in 25 volunteers with different scans planes Display effects of different MR position scans were compared. Results Regarding to ATFL display, the -20° oblique plane pro- vided the best view,followed by -15°and -25° oblique plane which shared the satistical same display effect,then routine axial and -30° oblique plane, and the last coronal and sagittal planes were worst. Regarding to CFL display, the 15 ° oblique plane provided the best view, followed by 20 °and 25°oblique plane, then 35° oblique plane, the routine axial, coronal and sagittal planes were not satisfied in CFL imaging. Conclusion The lateral ankle ligaments can be clearly depicted with optimal MR scan plane.
