摘要
以AM60镁合金为研究对象,通过改变变质剂Nd的加入量,细化AM60镁合金的晶粒。采用光学显微镜、扫描电镜和能谱仪等分析手段,检测AM60镁合金的显微组织及力学性能,分析变质剂Nd对AM60镁合金的细化机制。结果表明,在AM60镁合金中加入变质剂Nd可以起到晶粒细化作用;当变质剂Nd的加入量为0.6%时,细化效果最为显著;但当加入量达到0.9%时,其晶粒尺寸有增大趋势。添加Nd变质后,AM60镁合金的力学性能得到提高。
The effect of Nd addition on the grain refinement of AM60 magnesium alloy was studied. The microstructure and mechanical properties of AM60 magnesium alloy were investigated by the optical microscope, scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and energy dispersive spectroscopy (EDS) and the machanical test The mechanism of grain refinement was analyzed as well. The results show Nd can refine AM60 magnesium alloy, the best refining effect can be obtained when the 0.6 wt% Nd is added. The grain will be coarsen when the Nd addition is 0.9 wt%. The mechanical properties of AM60 magnesium alloy are increased after adding Nd.
