用带盖包生产球墨铸铁优点多

Advantages of Tundish Covered Ladle for Ductile Iron Production

摘要 与敞口包冲入法生产球墨铸铁相比,盖包法的优点有:反应烟尘和镁光基本消除;镁的吸收率高(>60%),球化剂费用可节省30%;铁液温降减少40℃;氧化渣量减少达50%;球化处理质量稳定性和可靠性提高。 Compared with the open ladle pour-over treatment technique, nodularizing in the tundish covered ladle has following advantages: (a) fume and glare can be virtually eliminated (b) recovery of magnesium is very high (〉60%) ; (c) the nodularizing alloy expense could be reduced by 30% ; (d) temperature drop of molten iron could be reduced by 40 ℃;(e) quality of oxide slag could be reduced by 50% ; (f) quality stability and reliability could be improved.
