摘要
针对影响高锰钢产品冶炼质量的主要因素,通过对冶炼过程中磷含量、锰碳比、还原期的操作及夹杂物的控制,采用高锰钢的合金化、高锰钢的包内稀土变质处理以及铸钢冶炼新技术,优化工艺条件,达到提高并稳定高锰钢产品冶金质量的目的。
The factors which affect the smelting quality of high manganese steel products are studied. Technological process is optimized and smelting quality of high manganese steel products is stabilized and gradually increased through strict control of phosphorus content, ratio of manganese and carbon, reduction process, impurities, alloying and rare earth modification in the ladle of high manganese steel as well as application of new smelting techniques.
