摘要
介绍了基于C8051F020芯片的一款半自动陶瓷地板砖的检测装置,该装置对地板砖在出厂前的边长度,边曲度,直角度等5个参数进行检测,检测的数据通过C8051F020控制芯片进行数据转换,通过串口传递给上位机。上位机将测量的数据与基准数据进行比较,最终检验地板砖是否合格。本设备改变了过去纯人工操作的许多缺点,比如工作强度大、工作效率低等。由于C8051F020芯片的具有高效、准确、强大的A/D转换功能,极大的提高了地板砖检测的效率。
This article introduces a semiautomatic ceramic floor brick detector set which based on 08051F020 microcontroller. The device can dectect side-length, side strightness, straight angle, of floor brick, Those data are transmitted to the host computer by the analog-to-digital conversion through the 08051F020 control chips. Whether the floor brick is eligible can be determined by comparing the measured data with baseline data. This technology can overcome high working strength and low working efficiency caused by the manual operation As 08051F020 chip has effective, accurate, the formidable A/D transfer function, the equipment can improve detecting efficiency of floor brick significantly.
