摘要
为了促进含稀土Mg-Al系耐热铸造镁合金在航空、航天以及汽车工业等领域得到广泛应用,本文综述了含稀土Mg-Al系耐热镁合金的研究进展和应用现状,重点介绍了RE、Ca、Sr、Sb、Mn等合金化元素对含稀土Mg-Al系镁合金组织和性能的影响,对含稀土Mg-Al系合金的发展前景进行了分析。认为应从加强优化合金元素组合和有效的成分设计着手,解决Mg-Al系合金在耐高温性能方面存在的问题。
For the wider application of Mg-Al magnesium alloy containing rare earth in automobile, aerospace industry. The current research and application status of RE-containing Mg-Al typed heat resistant magnesium alloy of are reviewed. The effects of alloying elements, including RE, Ca, Sr, Sb, Mn on the microstructures and properties of RE-containing Mg-Al typed magnesium alloy are analyzed and discussed. Future development directions and application areas are also analyzed. The research on newly heat-resistant Mg-Al alloys should be focused on optimizing group of alloy elements with virtual design for alloy.
