摘要
采用固相合成法制备了BiYbO3-PbTiO3-BaTiO3(BYPT-BT)压电陶瓷材料,通过差热分析(DSC)和热失重分析(TG)确定了BYPT-BT陶瓷钙钛矿相的形成温度,研究了不同含量的BaTiO3对BYPT-BT陶瓷相结构及电性能的影响规律。结果表明,BYPT-BT陶瓷由钙钛矿相和焦绿石相Yb2Ti2O7组成,随着BaTiO3含量的增加,焦绿石相Yb2Ti2O7逐渐减少。居里温度Tc和介电损耗tanδ随着BaTiO3含量的增加逐渐减少,介电常数εr则随之而增大。
BiYbO3-PbTiO3-BaTiO3 (BYPT-BT) piezoelectric ceramics with high curie temperature were prepared by the conventional solid state reaction. The reaction temperature of the perovskite phase was determined by the DSC and TG. The effect of BaTiO3 content on phase structure and electric properties was investigated. The result reveals that there are two phases coexisting in the ceramics, one is perovskite phase, the other is pyrochlore phase Yb2 Ti2 O7, Yb2 Ti2 O7 decreases with the increasing BaTiO3 content. Curie temperature Tc and dielectric loss tanδ decrease with the increasing BaTiO3 content, while dielectric constant ε shows the opposite rule
