摘要
利用钛酸四丁酯、正硅酸乙酯、乙酸和水为原料,通过溶剂热方法制备得到SiO_2/TiO_2催化剂.产物经XRD、Raman、TEM、BET、FT-IR和XPS表征,结果表明:所制备的SiO_2/TiO_2催化剂为比表面积大、结晶度高的锐钛矿TiO_2,SiO_2与TiO_2之间通过Si-O-Ti键结合.另外,以亚甲基蓝降解为探针反应,考察了SiO_2/TiO_2催化剂在紫外光照射下的光催化性能.结果表明;SiO_2/TiO_2催化剂具有比纯TiO_2更优越的光催化性能,65min可以将亚甲基蓝(MB)彻底降解.
A series of SiO2/TiO2 photocatalysts were successfully synthesized via a solvothermal method using titanium n-butoxide, tetraethoxysilane, acetic acid and water as raw materials. Assynthesized SiO2/TiO2 catalyst was characterized by XRD, Raman, BET, TEM, FT-IR and XPS and its phtocatalytic activity was evaluated by the degradation of methylene blue under UV light irradiation. The results show that there is strong interaction between TiO2 and SiO2, and Ti O-Si bonds are formed in the SiO2/TiO2 catalysts. The obtained catalysts have large surface area and high crystalline anatase. Compared with pure TiO2, the SiO2/TiO2 photocatalysts show better photocatalytic activity which can completely photodegrade MB after 65min UV light irridation.
