对《对睡眠呼吸障碍引起的呼吸功能衰竭的一些认识》一文的个人见解 被引量：3

摘要 《中华结核和呼吸杂志》本期刊登的北京大学人民医院呼吸科何权瀛教授的文章，何教授根据目前国内教科书中有关呼吸功能衰竭的定义，认为睡眠呼吸障碍所致的间歇低氧血症应归为呼吸功能衰竭，并进一步建议将这一睡眠间歇低氧血症命名为“睡眠相关性呼吸功能衰竭”或“间歇性呼吸功能衰竭”，对此我有不同的看法。
